Place your feet on the floor. Let your shoulders soften. Take one slow breath.
Pray: “Jesus, help me listen with an open heart.”Read

Where does this phrase meet your actual life? What feels encouraging, uncomfortable, resistant, or alive?
Let the passage read you before you analyze it.Respond
Speak honestly with God. You might offer a question, a desire, a protest, gratitude, or a request for help.
Begin with: “Jesus, what I hear today is...”Rest and Carry
Sit in silence for one minute. Then name one small way you can practice what you heard.
A foundation becomes strong by bearing the weight of real life.
Try the same passage for seven days.
Notice how its invitation changes as you practice it rather than merely study it.
